Room for improvement. - Customer Service Andersen Employee Review

Questionable middle management. Misogynistic environment, poor HR practices. Observed a supervisor frequently include racist/sexist memes in weekly meeting slides (ie. Mexican word of the day). Heard a supervisor tell co-worker that he didn't think women with children should be in the workforce. Witnessed fallout after a group of female employees reported a supervisors behavior to HR and HR informed supervisor of the report after which one of the reporting employees was terminated while others were pulled aside for individual reviews.
