Pros
Good values, heavily involved in the community, excellent benefits for employees. Generations of families have worked there and they take great pride in their work.
Cons
Not the most dynamic environment. Things tend to move slowly and can get frustrating for you if you have innovative ideas. People tend to get entrenched in positions and build empires. Some senior managers are in positions they aren't qualified for because they were part of an acquisition.
