Severe lack of process and effective prioritization - everything is always an all hands on deck approach to getting things done, with some areas being completely unfunded and under-resourced Real lack of diversity - it may appear that Andersen is diverse on the outside, but scratch under the surface and it’s merely a guise. They only seem to be focused on upping the numbers of people of color, and when diverse people get hired there seems little focus on actually changing the culture to accept people of diverse backgrounds. Probably due to them being very early in their diversity journey. Diversity is far more than just skin color. Andersen is very much a Midwest / Minnesotan culture and I feel that it will probably take years to make any real change. Leadership training / HR processes sadly lacking - this leads to ineffective managers will little knowledge or experience of how to manage people effectively and get the best out of them
