Lots of long-term employees who are just putting in time or who are just burned out from working WAY too hard. They talk work-life balance - but expectations from leadership (director level anyway) do not match. Very poor HR management of problem employees. poor performing long-term employees are allowed to continue as they are while everyone just roles their eyes.
