Pros
The best part about Andersen is by far the people. Everybody is really friendly and approachable and works together well. The culture is extremely laid-back and the work is easy. People work a "true 40", meaning the job is not stressful so does not require long hours.
Cons
At the end of the day, regardless of your position, you are making windows and the job isn't all that challenging once you learn the in's and out's. It's a cushy job but if you want to grow or advance your career this isn't necessarily the place for you.
