Pros
No micromanaging, fellow team members are great and the store employees are helpful Pay and hours are good. Whenever a problem arises I have had lots of help from RM and the help desk. Nice mileage reimbursement.
Cons
I am one of the new hires now that they are live in Best Buy. I was required to drive to a training store 93 miles away from home for 10 days. As a result of being one of the mass hires it took forever!!! to get my paperwork through. After working for this company for 20 days, and spending a lot on gas up front for training I am finally getting paid. However, I had to email my scanned check 3 times now to get direct deposit set up. If you too are a new mass hire, I wouldn't expect any wuick results with your paperwork either.
