      open schedule. fun work environment..

      lately my hours have been cut from 40 hours a week to 16. they say its that time of year but last year we didnt have this issue.. Nobody has answers

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
