      Pros

      A few free movies and work independently. Nothing else. The entire company culture and mindset is derogatory, unappreciative, and dishonest.

      Cons

      Accrue paid time off- that you can NEVER use! The only thing surpassing the incompetence of the DMs and RMs, is the incompetent executives! Retaliation for using paid sick time if D dreams it is inconvenient. They cheat their clients. Bill them for numerous hours, schedule 30 minutes to complete work. If not laying off yet- it is coming!

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
