      Pros

      Working early and leaving early is great. And not having a boss breathe down your neck was good. But thats about it.

      Cons

      To much responsibly for a little amount of pay. They lay off people once they are through with you. They go over budget and makes employees pay for their mistakes. Had to travel to train and had to fight for the training money they owed me. Theres really nothing good about this job.

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
