Luck of the Draw - Sales Associate Anderson Merchandisers Employee Review

Abusive Territory Lead- The TL who ended up in the store I was assigned to work in was incredibly mean and rude. Several months into the job I got panic attacks when she texted me and she was constantly telling Wal-Mart employees that she was my boss and she was going to fire me. It got to the point where I told my *real* boss that I was ready to quit, that anything got done. I was moved to another store. This TL was never written up and got nothing but a slap on the wrist- if that. She still holds the same position with a raise- and I heard from my bosses’ lips that she has cause no short of 3 people to quit. Why they keep her on? I don't know. Looking back on the situation I should have contacted human resources, I truly regret I did not. Nobody deserves to have to work under somebody who treats you like a street dog.
