Pros

Free merchandise at times and somewhat flexible schedule.

Cons

Every negative review on here is beyond accurate. I began working for Anderson in 2011 and in the three years I was there I received ONE pay raise of .16 cents! When I was initially hired, I was told that there would be a six month review and an automatic 50 cent increase at each six month interval. That NEVER happened! It was bait and switch to gain employees. ZERO opportunity for advancement

Pros

Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

Cons

District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
