Pros

Solid company in a growth mode currently. Consumer product goods manufacturers are finally getting the picture that Anderson know what it is doing and can be more flexible than most.

Cons

The fast growth at this time sometimes is overwhelming but has leveled off.

Pros

Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

Cons

District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
