      Pros

      There really weren't many pros to mention with this company. About the only one I can think of was occasional free DVD's provided by movie studios.

      Cons

      Not enough scheduled hours to do the job, although they expected it to be done anyway; no benefits; no raise after a year of working hard; people were quitting left and right.

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
