Flexible schedule somewhat as determined by your hourly person or DM.
Cons
Anderson has added many new companies and products for us to merchandise, but not added time for us to do them all or given us more pay. We have to hurry, bust our butt to get everything done now and no more pay. And we keep getting new products every week! When do we get compensated? You guys get more business which was told to me as we get more business, we get more pay. Or make more of us full time. I’ve been covering 3 stores on a part time schedule! We need help and compensation. And i need health insurance. It’s a tough physical job, I need healthcare.
