Pros

As a retail merchandiser, I have a lot of flexibility in what hours I work. For a "spare time" job (10 hours a week), it pays $9.75 an hour. The training has been great, I'm not afraid to ask questions. If I make a mistake, they tell me, nicely. As a merchandiser, I do what I need to do and am left to work on my own. I am encouraged to help customers and I like helping people. Overall, I'm enjoying it.

Cons

You cannot wear jeans and you are stocking shelves, so it can be kind of dirty. Really, that's the worst thing I can think of...

Pros

Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

Cons

District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
