Pros

Working independently and learning about new products

Cons

Workload is unrealistic. The projects vs the amount of hours does not even come close to adding up. I work another job and was hired for part time. 20 hours became 40 hours and projects still could not be realistically completed. I was told that more people were being hired. Months later and nothing. The work is labor intensive and the pay does not add up to your responsibilities. And the schedule changes without notice. Sometimes on the same day. You could be heading to one job then realise that they changed your location and time and should be at a different job. And if you think that you can plan your week by the schedule that you receive on Monday, forget it. It will change everyday so don't make plans. Don't schedule appointments or activities because chances are you will have to cancel. I was excited to work for thia company because I enjoy working independently and being busy. But I would not recommend this job to anyone who has a family, friends, or any other obligations other than being at Wal-Mart working.

Pros

Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

Cons

District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
