      Pros

      short shifts, competitive rates, looking at product before its release date, receiving free movies now and then to your mail box, gladly took me in with no prior retail experience.

      Cons

      rough scheduling, waking up 3-4am just to be at work around 6, can't be sick too much, can't exceed 5 hours a shift, unrealistic expectations, understaffed, warehouse is all over the place, not too many communication.

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
