Pros

Pay is ok but varies greatly between employees in the same position. DSM’s have company cars although they are taking them away.

Cons

Always severely understaffed and expected to do 120 hrs of work in under 40 They do not offer a work life balance They take from you until you have nothing left to give Expectations are not realistic Takes on too much work without the staffing to execute but still expects it done They do not value their employees No room for advancement

Pros

Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

Cons

District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
