Just Awful. - Merchandising Specialist Anderson Merchandisers Employee Review

Awful training. My "trainer' mostly seemed annoyed that I showed up and really angry that she had to spend anytime speaking to me. A silly amount of work to do in a 4 hour day. Not great pay. Walmart customers yelling at you, when you don't work for walmart. Not at all organized, I had to look all over the back dock of walmart to find the items I was supposed to stock. I was not provided with a scanner so most of the time I had to search for where items were supposed to go on the shelf. I suppose this might be mostly because the full time girl wouldn't help me locate the items using her scanner.
