      Pros

      Generally work alone, make own schedule (most of the time), dress is casual, learn new things, decent pay and incentives.

      Cons

      Part-time is really FT without benefits especially during retail busy times. Early morning resets without enough help. Too many activities to keep up with and not enough support from Anderson management.

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
