      Pros

      Care about their employees by providing numerous life balance programs. Additionally, they do try to provide upward movement in a highly competitive marketplace.

      Cons

      Communicating changes, updates, etc. consistently to the field reps appears to be a challenge for them. Yet there appears to be consistent effort to improve in this area.

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
