Pros
There is NO good reason to work here! The pay is horrific! I was told when I was hired that TSL's don't work weekends. Ha! Most Saturdays you will work And then they'll be a schedule change, where they'll add more hours and more stores to your weekend work. This is even with only 4 hours of availability required for Saturday's. TSL's are expected to not only do their assigned work, but do the merchandisers job, when they cannot finish their task, for the week. Daily schedule changes, so throw work life balance out the window. Constantly expected to go help at other stores and territories, without prior warning, and then expected to finish assigned weekly tasks, on top of that. Management is horrible. No leadership skills. DEMAND things constantly. Ungrateful and completely unprofessional! Care more about how they look and if their team likes them. Management throws you under the bus, to cover up their errors. Incoming text all day, night and weekend long, even though Anderson preaches work life balance. Overnight resets happen without ample warning, from managers. Store management treats you like crap because Anderson management is unorganized and promises things that they won't follow threw on. A lot of tasks are timely, but Anderson will not give you extra help. For the amount of work and headache, that Anderson gives you, the low pay is not worth sticking around.
Cons
Low pay! Bad insurance! No work like balance! Pretty much everything. Please read all of the negative comments and heed the warning. I did not and learned very quickly that Anderson is the worst company to ever work for.
