Home office and upper management are so out of touch with what goes on out in the field it is scary. Communication has descended into absolute madness and has plummeted down to ocean-floor levels in a matter of months; it is mystifying that we are still continuing to get new business partners but also somewhat believable considering the snake oil salesman in charge of new business. The company constantly talks out of whichever side of its mouth seems most beneficial to talk out of at that time. There is NO semblance of professional development or advancement opportunities.
