      Pros

      Flexible schedule, work isn't monotonous. Free videos every 6 months or so.

      Cons

      Walmart employees on a power trip, bordering on harrassing. Management is absent and not concerned with daily issues. Pay was very low and commissions were not what was indicated at hiring. No talk of pay raises at all. Was left to deal with problems on my own with no help from District Manager.

      Excellent hiring process, quick and easy.

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
