Pros
The job was easy to do. Communication was easy between our store managers what we worked in and between our regional managers with Anderson. I could get the work completed and head home. I enjoyed being in control of what I did in what day. Full time and Part time
Cons
Their release nights are very important to them and rightfully so, however they were not very understanding of me being a single parent. The midnight release of movies is something they required of me. I could not leave my children at home. It was, many times, a difficult situation that I felt they did not understand.
