Once a great Media Entertainment Management Company Field associates are the strength of this company and their reputation overall is the industry standard for communication and dedication. Hours were Monday - Friday with weekends only during 4th quarter holidays (Nov & Dec) on Saturday only. Bill Lardie was CEO and was a great leader of people and was proactive & inspiring until he quietly left and then officially stepped down.

Nepotism at Anderson is visible with the special treatment for both family & friends. Good ol Boys club was a once prominent saying at Anderson Merchandisers. See Anderson (SP) Special Projects team as an example. Mike Moore the new CEO is a joke- Made statements that he was gaining us respect, business and was in tune with field but nothing came from his hiring... plus he never contacted field management or associates as promised. Anderson Merchandisers is now a full service provider and merchandising company. What ever they want you to do... you are expected to do the job at a high level and usually without training or management supervision. This means a part-time job can fluxuate from 4 hours a week up to and over 40 hours depending on your location and peers in area. Full time associates are really managers of territories and associates and of part time associate training. Also - They are hiring as many part time (& flex) associates as possible to ensure they are working them over the Full time associates - at a lower hourly rate and reducing the full time hours to about 30 a week (if not lower) and eliminating all possible overtime. This company offers phone devices for all reps to do their work- Please understand you are being monitored daily thru GPS tracking. Anderson district managers (Market Managers) are running everywhere trying to do their best to make their bonus money so except for a few outstanding exceptions - Managers are not going to be the best managers since they are just trying to survive. Pay is pretty much same as the associates within the stores you are working- Last- There are many career opportunities at Anderson-Especially after the month of May- May seems to be the month where Anderson looks to move associates around called realignment, or re-name positions, cut or eliminate higher payed associates. Anderson Merchandisers actually sets up their payroll with three different names to ensure that IF there is a mass layoff they keep compensation numbers down from having the 3 separate company names...
