      flexible hours and interacting with customers

      poor pay. not enough hours. they expect way to much for little pay. when i was hired I was above minimum wage and when that went up I stayed the same get a tiny raise after 2 years but when that goes up in jan. I will be right back where I started minimum wage

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
