      You are on your own most of the time

      Cons

      New pay structure means no OT,no commission (although they have "worked" that into new pay).Too many different projects going on at once. Mileage compensation is a joke

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
