Senior employees treat new employees awful, very unprofessional plus they train you so slightly and wrongly. If you are an experienced person then, that's when you know that these full timers or managers don't care what so ever about there job.They are just there for their paychecks making a living not because they are loving there job. Ohhh!!! and watch out if you go over 5 hours without clocking out for lunch they will be on top of that .They do this to cut hours so you can speed up and go home.
