Pros

Flexible hours, understanding with time needed off and steady work. It’s not difficult most of the time, just requires some time and actual effort to make sure you are servicing clients needs. Weekends off if your activities are complete by the end of the workweek

Cons

Can be repetitive with tasks and activities.

Pros

Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

Cons

District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
