Pros
Pay was decent for the living situation I was in (Still lived at home) If you get the opportunity to travel with the company you are reimbursed for mileage if you drive and can clock in for the duration of traveling. Along the same line if you have to fly the company books the flight and hotel for you so you don't have to. The hotel rooms were pretty good. Some, not all, did have semi kitchens with a fridge, range, microwave. Some of the managers were great...some
Cons
If you do fly it's gonna be miserable on the plane and you will most likely have ridiculous lay overs. They really like to send out the travel info the day before you leave so its a pain to plan out and get ready. Mangers...yeah...had two or three who I loved however the rest were complete jerks or on a power trip with no regard to feedback. Some treated you like a child so if you even tried to rebuttal you got shut down usually in a condescending way. Most trainers were lazy and did nothing. The only good trainers were the ones I had at my first project after that every other trainer was lazy as all get out. Feels like the higher ups don't care about you at all. (IE: End of the first year a bunch of employees got let go due to not having any projects to work on. Didn't find out for a month despite trying to contact people. End of my second run with them I got let go for good reasons however I didn't know that for 3 weeks because they didn't tell me at all despite trying to get in touch with people)
