Pros
Since I've been working at Anderson for a year, I've been amazed by the company's culture and how much they value our relationship as a family. Before coming here, I worked for a variety of businesses where the bottom line was the only thing that mattered. They have high expectations, but they have also always shown that they care about me as a person.
Cons
The personnel at Walmart is in no way accommodating. The rear room is a complete disarray. The manager of Anderson lacks the time to adequately instruct and offer instructions on how to read the list of chores that must be completed. How are we meant to do our work quickly without knowing the abbreviations and jargon definitions?
