      At first, working for Anderson was flexible. Which helped when you have a busy schedule, but that changed.

      Cons

      They create more work than is possible to complete. The pay isn't good.

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
