      Immediate Management are decent people.

      Cons

      Lack of hours for a Full Time employee are astonishing, from week to week you don’t know how many hours you will be provided, one week you might get 40, the next week 20, very difficult to maintain an actual budget. Difficult to live on lack of hours.

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
