      Pros

      Pretty flexible, work independently, decent pay. You meet a lot of people. Have more than one store so you are constantly on the go

      Cons

      Very physical. Book, music and video stocking. Not enough time allowed to complete activities. Expect to walk about 4 to 5 miles inside a Walmart store in one day. Not enough time allowed to complete activities. WORK OVERLOAD! 40 hour work week but expect you to complete 60-80 hours worth of activities. Associates have to rush and sometimes things are not done to the expectation of the client or company

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
