      My supervisor was against me because of my political views. He was not the same party as I was and took it out on me and found anything he can to fire me.

      Pros

      Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

      Cons

      District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
