      We were allowed to be very creative and to look for new acquisitions and licenses that may sense for our brand.

      Cons

      The downside to working with a brand holding company is they usually sell the brand once it becomes attractive to the market.

      The starting pay was good. Management isn't afraid to launch "moonshot" projects, but rarely do they land on the moon.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between management and associates. The Board decided to close the Atlanta office without giving anyone notice.
