I don't see any pros in any way possible.
May be i should put it this way, "The Best among the Worst".
Cons
The Management is as worse as a nightmare. They peep into personal life of the employers. They have "spys" among the employees who behave so unprofessional and cheap as to carry every happening in our life to the management. Sadly, the management listens to all the unnecessary crap people got to say and decide on assigning the projects. The managements expects all its employees to ask, ask and ask for projects even for them to be considered.
The management tend to give opportunities to the "same" set of people over and over, though they fail many times. The people who are hard working and are talented are therefore ignored every time.
Worst environment to work/learn. Never kept a single word they promised.
I mean every rating I provided.
PS: To the friends out there, don't even think of joining Andhus unless you want to rip your peace and self-respect.
