      The overall company culture is motivating and you work around people with strong work ethic. Leaders are supportive of growth and mobility.

      Cons

      Culture is heavily dependent on the team and is inconsistent. The Recruiting Coordination team has displays of nepotism. If you’re not liked by the leadership in the team, you will not get far or even let go even if you are a high performer or have strong feedback and support from stakeholders.
