Pros

The technical staff here are some of the most impressive, genuine, down-to-earth, and plain smartest people you've ever met. There are true talents here from all over the industry. I love my coworkers to pieces. Also the work is fascinating and will never make you bored. One of the more diverse and accepting places I've ever worked at. (Which isn't much due to the nature of this field, but it's definitely something!) Fantastic benefits! Better than anything I've ever had in my life!

Cons

Management is incompetent at best and malicious and duplicitous at worst. Some managers genuinely don't even understand the department they're managing. Many managers are overworked. Some simply don't care about those under them and are willing to lie to save their skins and those of their friends. My colleagues and I are also severely overworked, while newer hires are given nothing at all to do and no route to better educate and integrate themselves into the hustle of the company. A lot of the tech (at least that I've seen) is broken or severely bugged and cannot possibly function on a commercial level. All that is thrown at the problem is more confused engineers that management refuses to train. And don't get me started on the severe safety violations here. HR is bumbling and useless. I've heard many horror stories. The culture here is ultra-competitive and toxic. Many of my colleagues are wonderful people, but many of the managers most certainly are not. They will do anything to claw their way to the top, even if that means outright lying and sacrificing valuable members of their team. No one in management will take accountability for their actions and leave it all to their team members. Additionally, they've fired 12 women in a span of 6 months in the exact same manner based on false statements. Coincidence? For my treatment by management alone, I'd give this place less than one star if I could. This place has made me rethink a career in engineering entirely because of the trauma I've experienced here. Head for the hills! Steer clear of Anduril, especially if you're new to the industry, a woman, or even a minority in general.

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. Extremely talented workforce. Exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies. Fast-paced environment with meaningful work. Opportunities to learn like you wouldn't believe.

Cons

Heavy reliance on tribal knowledge in some areas. Documentation and standardized work instructions can be limited. Some processes depend on experienced employees rather than formal SOPs and travelers. Learning curve can be steep for new hires.

Pros

Great pay for the most part, and the engineers are awesome.

Cons

When something is too good to be true, it’s too good to be true for a reason. I would not accept this job on contract unless you are unemployed, don’t consider it if you are employed. The company is growing and having leadership level changes in the TA realm and boy you can tell. Your job is NOT safe on contract and is not a guarantee to go even 6 months. Everyone is extremely lax and chill on the interviews and the pay is great isn’t it?? Well that’s alll a facade, no matter if you’re doing well or not.
