People constantly undercut other's work, poach people from other teams, and in general just don't want to work together - The technical bar has gone down over the years - Lack of investment in modern software technology like ML - There have been random firing without warnings or real feedback - Over the years employees have gotten less engaged with the mission of the company and haven't felt motivated to work as much
