Cons
Senior management don't know how product development works. Due to which lots of client complaints unresolved. HR Make false commitment at the time of joining. No job security If skill labour supply is more than demand, they will ask costly resource to resign, and hire highly experienced resources at discounted value. Totally unstructured way of working. Mid-level management do not analyze WHY they are running, They know only WHAT and HOW. Fixed salary keeps fluctuating. Vendor job is more secure than employee on Angel's Payroll.
