Hire&fire policy in the name of cost cutting, Politics in technology & poeple do nothing - Deputy Manager Angel One Employee Review

Be prepared for politics if your not good at this be ready to get kicked out. Poeple who doesn't do single work get paid highly and good at taking credits of works did by others. Hire and fire policy : I have joined angel broking as vendor and they hired me to payroll only to fire after 3 months in the name of cost cutting and my manager politics. I was only employee for 3 months and then they asked me to leave only giving just a two weeks time. The notice period was 3 months. When I asked about this to HR she said there's different policy for that and we won't give any notice at all!!! Don't risk your job for joining here. Technology department is a mess. From top to bottom.
