Tremendous focus on knowledge and business skill improvement with very dedicated on-the-job training. Young, spirited and helpful work-force. Good place for freshers who lack knowledge of broking business. No pressure for client acquisitions for non-sales workforce.
Cons
Bad remuneration and incentive policy. Employees toil and bosses take the cake. Pathetic culture to squeeze out maximum work from workforce at bare pay. The largest staff - Dealers are pushed at all sorts of business generation at incredulous firing ultimatums. Poor HR policies with regards to work-life balance, recreational activities, motivational tools, etc. Unjustified and fatuous hiring and promotion practices. Laughable pay-raise structure. Totally in-cognizant management. Focusing only on business income, there is sheer disregard to the customers' concerns.
