No late work and you get to learn the basics of stock market.
Cons
Very low pay. The dealers are pushed to achieve maximum commissions and revenue through all sorts of their business lines. Sometimes an employee might feel if he is actually working in a finance related role or a sales role. Expect you to make around 80 cold calls a day to the client list provided to you. Really dont care about client's profit or loss. Revenue generation is the ultimate goal. Very bad advisory. The tips and the calls provided by them have very low accuracy rate.
