1. No clear roadmap. Unorganized startup kind culture. 2. Developers has to jump from one manager to another for approval for any hardware request which is necessity for a development on remote work purpose. Seems like a govt office with no proper setup. 3. Lack of planning for product. 4. No additional benefits. No Health checkup benefits. No Gym benefits. 3.5k for work from home setup. I don't understand what can be done in that amount. An ergonomic chair would cost 6-9k. 5. Parental insurance deduction from salary
