Regarding employee welfare, we regularly review our benefits packages and have a staff welfare program in place, to ensure that regular activities are conducted, in the interest of all Angelites. We also have dedicated employee happiness coaches in place that provide 24*7 support to anyone who needs it. Our HRBPs organize regular connects with Angelites, where they ensure all concerns are addressed. Additionally, our L&D team is focused on continuously running culture cascade sessions in order to keep the spirit high and motivation intact. Our departmental, and org-wide townhalls are a huge part of fueling motivation for all Angelites.
