Pros
Nothing as I found in the company. They are a typical broker dealer with a good market share. Honestly I dont reallty see a reason what differentiates other broker platforms to this. I admit I am noew to the setup.
Cons
Irrational hiring and Business plans. Pathetic HR - Frankly the worst I have seen so far. I have not met any one strong business leader with focus. Especially, I dont believe the glassdoor rating since this is being asked to be filled on day 1 of joining so mostly positive.
