Pros

- As a new hire this past year, I was very welcomed from my Day #1 at Handy, to weeks into the new role with a thorough onboarding map - Very intelligent culture that will challenge you - really! - You are hired to do amazing things - and get to go build what you were hired to go do! - Very positive work life/team/culture, working with people who really care about the mission, who push each other to be better and do better - Catered in meals and dinners daily to HQ office is incredible - CEO self directs and leads the frequent All Hands meetings, I am always given opportunities to hear everything going on with the greater business - Recruiting and Hiring process was faster than any other company I have worked with - they def hire the best people - but the bar is set high and the runway is short in the recruiting process (which is great but very challenging) - a very defined culture that is lived out loud very often - Camp Handy!

Cons

- with less than a year at the HQ business, can't really make any subjective Cons about the company of the business -consider finding a way to better publicly recognize peers on the intranet to easily have an avenue to thank other workers, to recognize great talent, have an incentive program tied to this recognition - for business travel - have a corporate account to pay direct for airlines and hotels, and have employees pay for all other expenses and incidentals - can't think of much more to add

Pros

Angi is a well-run, organized company with processes that make sense and set you up to succeed from day one. Training is thorough, and management is genuinely supportive, always willing to jump in and help when you need it. Communication across the team is strong, and there's a real sense of a supportive culture, both from peers and leadership. Work life balance is strong.

Cons

No cons that I can think of

Pros

It’s work from home. Two 15 minute breaks and an hour lunch.

Cons

They are a very dishonest company. The hype up the job but in reality what you’ll be doing is spending all day calling random numbers in which about 95% of those people either won’t answer the phone or if they do, you will be hung up on within like two seconds. Not to mention the Angie reputation is so bad. It’s actually notoriously bad that even if you are able to get someone on the phone for more than a couple of minutes they’ll still end up hanging up just because of how bad Angie is. In my opinion Angie is a dishonest company selling a dishonest service because most of the leads they sell are fake and most of the leads they give their employees to call are also fake and if you don’t make these outrageous sales numbers you’re fired it’s a reason why the employee benefits don’t kick in until three months in because they know 95% of the people they hire won’t still be working there in three months because they will not hit the sales quotas. The only good thing about this job is its work from home really. And the hot leads they say they have 95% are fake or just someone who looked at a spam email. It’s actually comical how deceptive this company is.
