Pros
1) Angi will push you hard to deliver for our customers and the business 2) If you can deliver, you'll get a high degree of ownership 3) You'll learn a ton and likely will do lots of new things that will help you grow 4) You'll be able to play an important part in crafting a new company culture, brand, and values 5) The opportunity is huge - this category is still completely analogue and the customer problems are massive. Someone will have a gold mine when they figure this industry out and Angi is currently well positioned to do that 6) If you do great things, you'll be compensated for it 7) Being mostly owned by IAC is a huge asset
Cons
1) Angi will push you hard to deliver value for our customers and the business, and that can be challenging 2) This org has gone through more change in the last 9mo than I have ever seen at a company. We're mostly on the other side of that now, and the vast majority is long-term positive, but still change has been hard 3) To go along with that change, there are many legacy systems that need to be rewritten/unwound, which won't be fast or easy (but might have really interesting technical challenges) 4) We need to be better at balancing short term vs long term in certain areas. We're off to a good start in making some change here, but more to do
